Shipping & Delivery
Castaway Nantucket Island orders are shipped via FedEx & USPS with the following options and costs: Standard Ground - standard flat rates apply - (Approx. 2 to 7 business days). 2-Day - standard FedEx rates apply. If you need overnight shipping, please call customer service at 866-488-0642 Monday-Friday between 9am and 1pm EST and you will get a quote for a same day rate. We are currently unable to ship internationally, to PO Boxes, APO Addresses or US territories. Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship next the business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with the FedEx tracking number. At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from us directly and it is unused/unworn with the original tags still attached, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible within 30 days of purchase. This applies to direct WEB and PHONE purchases only. If you purchased items from a store or website that carries our product line you must return the items to that store, subject to the stores return policy. PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased from our outlet section are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. How to Return or Exchange a Purchase? You may return your purchase by mail. Simply call our customer service line at 866-488-0642 and ask for a Return Authorization Form (RA). We will email, mail, or fax the completed form to you. Please mail the RA form and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on top left of the form. Please do not write any credit card or exchange information directly on the form- these notes will be made by customer service when the form is created for you. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OR PROCESS RETURNS WITHOUT A "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" FORM. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. How to Use Your Shopping Cart
